The platform has all the currently known characteristics of existing similar specialized sites or applications, being distinguished by absolute innovation, by using Artificial Intelligence, as in addition to the "knowledge" with which it starts, it also has the property of self-learning and developing its "knowledge ". When using JOBee, the candidate applies their CV and, in addition to the standard files with a summary of their career, acquired qualifications, etc. also fills out a short information-survey form with qualities, skills and desires, especially with the so-called soft skills, thereby building their individual profile. Employers' announcements are processed in the same way, and when opening the given position, emphasis is again placed not only on the norm-measurable indicators, but also on those that reveal the "character" of the employer. It is here that the AI ​​of the JOBee platform will connect suitable partners, even when they would not match the norm-measurable objective criteria in a standard search. Among the standard skills of JOBee's AI are to find matches between candidates and job postings, modeled after a smart algorithm that is developed and trained at startup, but most importantly, when working with the platform, it has the ability to self-learn and evolve "your knowledge.

The main task of AI on the JOBee platform is to "think" "out of the box" to offer candidates positions that they would consider unsuitable due to not falling within the range of standard metrics (salary, skills, experience, location, type work etc.) but which, in reality, would turn out to be a great opportunity. Resumes are stored for 6 months from the date of applying.
